- Go to https://www.irs.gov/payments/direct-pay
- Click on Pay Individual Tax.
- On the new page, click the Pay Personal Taxes button.
- Complete the three dropdown selections.
- On the next page, this step is only for verification purposes:
- Enter your information from your 2025 tax return (or previous year tax return).
- Then schedule the payment date and enter the payment amount.
- Finalize your payment.
- Save a copy (Print to PDF) of the confirmation for your records.
